I recently stayed at The Dana and had an incredibly frustrating experience. From the start, the front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. But the real issue came when I discovered my room was missing toilet paper. I called the front desk FOUR times over the course of FIVE hours to request it, but nothing was delivered.
In the end, I had to leave the hotel, drive to a local grocery store, and buy toilet paper myself. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid for my stay.
I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that future guests don’t have to deal with such poor service.
