From the moment we arrived at the check-in desk, our experience was soiled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff member, Roxanne.
When we asked if it might be possible to stay in the same building as our friends, Roxanne dismissed the idea and made no effort to assist. Her attitude was not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude. She directed an unnecessary and offensive comment toward my daughters, who were quietly standing next to me, telling them to "step away, your dad can speak English just fine" and make a shooing motion with her hands. This behavior was uncalled for, discriminatory, and deeply upsetting.
To make matters worse, we noticed that other guests checking in were given a paper with the hotel map and Wi-Fi password, but we were not. It felt as though we were being treated unfairly and singled out for no valid reason.
