We booked a comfort room for three, but upon arrival, it was only set up for two. When we pointed this out to the reception, they gave us two choices: either receive a blanket, pillow, and linnen to set up the extra bed ourselves, or take a smaller/cheaper room that was already set up for three, but without any compensation on the price.
We chose the first option, but then the receptionist mentioned that she wasn’t sure about the bedding and handed us two packages, which turned out to be just two pillows. In the end, our son had to squeeze into our bed, and all three of us slept very poorly.
It was a very disappointing service and a poor experience overall. We will _not_ be staying there again nor recommending it to anyone else.
