We think the hotel room standard remind us of the 60s and 70s; very, very simple and un-comfortable hotels in Franc and Paris..Thus, St Geroge seems to have missed the modern times. And I do not talk about luxury here- just simple, comfortable rooms, an elevator ( there is none at the hotel). The restaurant offered a menu of 33 euro, which we found more than mediocre.Our fish was not freshlly caught the same day and very strange cooked. Tasted like having been frozen. However, we had a very good and tasteful foie gras. The dessert was not a surprise...The concierge was nice and correct. As a tiotal, we would not reccomend this hotel.
