It is a guest house with shared bathroom! Public areas are cleaned every morning. Water in the shower are hot/cold in the morning, but not in the afternoon. There are two fully equipped kitchens and some groceries for everyone to use: tea/coffee, cookies, fruits, spices, pasta, rice. There are also two large and cozy balconies. Staff are nice and very helpful (there from 9:30-18:30). The guest house is not in super central part of Lisbon, but we liked the area a lot. It is calm, close to a beautiful park, a store and within walking distance to almost everywhere in Lisbon. We liked this place and felt at home! I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon fora couple of days (and are not looking for a five star hotel).
