Horrible
Unfortunatley it rained a lot during my stay at red frog which meant a lot of time spent at the hostel. Staff was very stand offish, didn’t seem to like their job at all. Always felt bad for asking about something as if I was disturbing. All in all too hot, ac off most of the time, kitchen was a m e s s and had a moldy smell to it. No handles on the pots and pans and no towels or paper so you couldnt touch the pans nor clean up. Flies everywhere and trash was emptied when we asked them to even though the bins we’re overly full and the staff hung out in the kitchen too so they should have noticed. Worst Selina so far and I’ve stayed at 6 different ones.
