We´re a family of four adults who stayed 8 nights in two deluxe doublerooms. We had at wonderful stay! Sure, the rooms are small, but if you´re only there to sleep it works fine. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom is really small, but it works fine as long as you know the person you´re travelling with well.
We used the onsen at floor 9 at four occasions, both morning and nights, and it was lovely although a bit too crowded the week we stayed there (due to Golden week). Don´´t miss it!
The breakfast is mainly asian-inspired, but you will also find yoghurt, croissants, granola and some fruit. We were able to sit outdoors for breakfast some mornings, but the outside area is in need of a bit of updating.
But the very best is the location! The hotel is located between Ginza and Shibuya, which are our familys two favourite areas in Tokyo. The metro will take you there in about 10 minutes, or you could take a taxi (you find them passing by only a minutes walk from the hotel) for about 2500 yen. And walking to the metro will take you about five minutes along a road filled with restaurants, bars and shops. It´s a very nice, convenient location which feels very safe 24/7, where you will find hundreds of good restaurants within walking distance.
All in all, this is a reasonably priced hotel we warmly recommend and which we happily return to!
