The check in experience went well, though we were a little disappointed that because we booked through Hotels.com, the front desk wasn’t able to give us the military discount because we pre-paid.
The room was easy to get to from the front desk. The parking lots are well designed for ease of maneuvering your vehicle to be close to your hotel room.
The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The tv was a nice size and well placed. Plenty of room for our clothing.
We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and mostly operated well. Would have liked for the hardware fixtures to be more secure to the tub.
The bathroom was my only complaint. The shower has next to no pressure and the water never got warm. When we went to turn the shower off, the knob didn’t seem to have the right connection behind the wall to enable the shut off unless you really turned the knob back and forth excessively 4-6 times. The towel rack is also completely broken and off the wall.
I wouldn’t normally complain about these things, but the room was over $250 per night. At that price point, my standards are a bit higher for a properly working shower.
Otherwise, the place was clean, updated, and comfortable.
