The two good things about the hotel is that the location is pretty good, and that the room was fresh.
But, the room was TINY, the shower pressure was nonexciting.
The things that annoyed us the most was that they charge you 3 pounds per bag to have in their baggage room when you check in and out. So we ended up paying 12 pound just to have our bags in a room when we checked in and the room was not ready, and when we checked out and our flight was in the afternoon.
I have never experienced this before, that they charge you. Crazy.
I would also say that the people working in the "reception" was not very customer friendly. They stood and chatted with each other, not paying attention to us or the other guests. When checking in, you have to do it all by yourself on a screen, even if they just stand there looking at you.
For what you pay it is not worth it at all. We have stayed at many hotels in London that has been in the same price range or cheaper, and it has been better.
