Disappointed
I've stayed at Extended Stay America in other locations and I thought these stays were ok. If you pay half the price of a regular hotel room, you can't expect any more than half of their standard. This time was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The room itself was clean and I can't complain about the service, but I must have gotten one of the worst rooms in the whole hotel. It was situated right by the elevator and where everyone was walking by and since the walls are so thin, you can hear everything that is going on. I literally couldn't sleep or concentrate without earplugs, so be sure to bring some if you want to sleep here.
Moreover, the airconditioning had a funky smell and the room needs a bit of updating. The feeling I got when I stayed here was that I couldn't wait until my stay was over, so not one of the best hotels in this chain...
