Nice location by the nearby beach, that's the primary (or only) thing with this hotel.
Service in restaurant (Deckside cafe) was terrible, they were also rude. Sooo many people were frustrated...at breakfast, at dinner...it took forever to order food, to get the food, to pay the food.
Some guests went to the cashier after 45 min without food to get their money back.
Worst restaurant service I have ever experienced.
On checkout day I didn't find my watch (which I have had beside my bed for all days...not locked in the safety). We looked everywhere, including the safety (all of us...3 times), no watch..
We had to leave, we reported it though to the reception and left my contact details. They said "-Well, that has happened before...but then the guest found it later in their bag...we check and contact you!"
We continued our road trip...and Voila! After 1 hour I got a text
"-We found your watch...it was in the safety!"
Yeah right...anyway, after 4-5 phone calls and e-mails they were able to post it for me, to our Miami hotel...to a cost of 29$ which I had to pay!
