Sandersson has seen its glory days!
The Sandersson was an unpleasant experience and not in the 5-star level we expected that we usually book.
We did not get the room with specifications as we booked and with the feedback: "The hotel is full so we can not change" when trying to find a solution for us 4.
Unfriendly Front Office Manager was a surprice with total wrong attitude and willingness to solve what THEY have created. Hotel Manager had to solve the matter.
The quality of The Sandersson is that it has seen its glory days (with 20 years) with worn finnish and style from the past.
Several 6-person tables at the breakfast with only 2 guests on made us and other people wait 25 min for breakfast instead of beeing creative and solve it as a 5-star hotel sholuld.
Choose another hotel if you are looking for a Premium stay as the Sanderson as hotel, finnish, servicelevel and support is not valid a 5-star hotel.
