The room was excellent with nice features such as an espresso maker and a huge waterfall shower. We arrived late and stayed only one night, so unfortunately we did not try the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant. We did eat in the more casual bistro, though, and the food was good though maybe not quite at the level we expected given the pedigree of the kitchen. Breakfast also has a modern twist and is served at the table without a menu, which was a nice change of pace from the standard hotel buffets (though somewhat expensive). Overall service was excellent but if I were to nit-pick, the reception seemed a bit under staffed and when we asked for help with some reservations we got the impression that they really would have preferred if we did it ourselves. All in all, we would definitely stay at La Pyramide again if we came back to Vienne.
