The location of the property was perfect walking distance to the beach and all of the nightlife that South Beach has to offer. Our suite in particular was facing another hotel and the street which made for some pretty interesting conversations and beautiful photos. However, the room itself was very much deceiving in ways that it did not look like what we viewed online. The rooms we saw online were absolutely beautiful and very clean. Our room was not so very clean, smaller than pictured and not so beautiful. The window was left open due to window latch being broken. A listed amenity was that the room was sound proof! Not in the least due to other tenants in and out of their doors that slammed very hard and not with the broken window. The toilet ran constantly. The second night being there the blinds came crashing down leaving us with privacy, especially during the night as our 3rd floor suite directly faced six windows from the hotel across the street. I paid a late check out charge for our 5th day but due to the window issue we decided to go home early from our 5 day trip. We were told we would not get any money back nor were we compensated until we notified them we were leaving and by this time we had already booked our flight for home. Great location to night life, a major let down in hotel presentation and customer service especially since their sister hotel is the Beacon. We have been home almost a week and nobody has bothered with a follow up phone call.

¡Excelente estancia, tal como lo prometen! Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Todo estaba tal como en las fotos, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad al llegar. La cama era muy cómoda, al igual que las almohadas, y el ambiente de la habitación era fresco, limpio y con buen aroma. Desde el momento de la reserva, la comunicación fue clara y detallada, algo que realmente se agradece. El wifi funcionó sin problemas durante toda mi estancia. Un detalle menor: aunque las sábanas parecían limpias, noté una pequeña mancha, por lo que preferí no usarlas. Aun así, la cobija disponible fue más que suficiente para mí. Al salir del elevador había un ligero olor a humedad, posiblemente por la lluvia, pero esto solo ocurría en esa zona, no en la habitación. También destaco la atención al cliente: tuve una duda sobre el check-out y al enviar un mensaje, me respondieron de inmediato con mucha amabilidad. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muy recomendable!

This hotel is a self check in hotel in the heart of South Beach, the rooms are spacious, clean and safe. The hotel is right in the middle of Collins Ave, merely 2 minutes away from ocean drive. The hotel is located near vibrant bars and restaurants. The bathroom was a touch dated, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very good and made the room and hotel feel and look very clean. The hotel is in perfect location for a south beach trip and me and my partner absolutely loved Miami and this hotel was perfect location and fitted our needs completely. Thank-you for a great stay!

The proprty managers clearly do not work this site full time, this site is not staffed. You receive a code to the lobby and a code to your door. No one is onsite or reachable by phone. Website is not helpful. However, the housekeeper was super nice, kind and cleaned decently. Baseboards are dirty. Shower was interesting to use. No instructions or guide book available. We ended up helping another guest who was stranded due to not receiving their door code and they were from out of the USA. The area is safe. Wakeable to dining, adventures, the beach and food. Room and common area look better online than in person. The beds are super hard. Property is not well maintained. A hearing aide, bracelet were left in the room. As well as a drawer filled with packing material. Also, the ring camera on the outside of each guest door covers the peephole so if someone knocked you would not know who was there.

Elevator stopped working. Was trapped outside the building with no way in while my stuff were in the room and my flight was upcoming. Called the number they provide and it kept going to voicemail. Had better stays

Good property with great location for walking. Check in was seamless and the agent was reachable quite easily. Although there isn’t daily room service, you can get housekeeping on request. Shopping is close by and the beach is in walking distance. The central air conditioning was not working and the portable was noisy which was something to get accustomed to, especially when it’s time to sleep at time. The exhaust for the portable was through a window which doesn’t close completely at night, allowing light from the opposite building to come in directly to the head of the bed. These are minor issues I faced but overall, great property and great staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was nice not having to talk to a person to check in and check out, that made it more efficient than traditional hotels. I loved how the door automatically locked when you left or entered the room. I loved that there was a roku tv with all the essential apps many people watch shows and movies on today and I also loved that there was a mini fridge. One thing I feel like could’ve been a little bit better was the cleanliness of the floor in the bathroom, but other than that, again, I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.
