This is, hands down, the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. We arrived very late and tried to check in and the staff didn't even know how many nights we were staying. When we got to our room we were in chock.
- The wallpaper was peeling off
- The carpet was so disgusting that we wore socks or shoes constantly.
- The walls had questionable stains everywhere.
- The beds were so incredible uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in it, and pillows incredibly lumpy.
- The bathroom had the tiniest sink I've ever seen and it had electrical cords open below it (next to the shower).
- The wall outlets didn't work properly, we had one functional one, so we had to charge our phones one at a time.
- There was a TV in the room, but no remote so we couldn't use it.
- When we checked out we left our bags at the hotel for a few hours, they promised to put them in storage. When we got back they were still in the reception, and the staff did not check who took which bag.
The only good thing is the very central location in a nice neighborhood. The staff was also polite and helpful when our room card stopped working several times.
The irony of it all is that we had to pay a deposit if there were any damages, but we don't see how it could be worse!
