Ok stay, troublesome check in.
Standard room but I had some issues when arriving. The first room that I got had some kind of water leak. The carpet was soaking wet. When pointing this out at the reception they told me they knew about it. I wanted another room but then they told me they didn't have one. I found this odd since I had booked online and at that time there were several rooms available. After some time they offered me another room but there was some problems with the door - it wasn't possible to open with the electronic key. So once inside I couldn't go out without leaving the door unlocked. Since it was late I didn't feel that I had any choice so I accepted. Later I tried to connect to the internet, but even thou I got connected to the network, there was no internet connection available. So when going to breakfast I first had to move out of the room because I didn't want to leave my belongings behind an open door. at the checkout I got the question if I had a pleasant stay and when I told the story above I was promised some money back on my account, but needless to say that that didn't happen. How ever the staff was kind even thou the management could done a better job attending to known problems with the rooms.
