I booked this stay for my two colleagues and while they both said they had overall decent stay, one of them had a large complaint when he checked in. JK Lyons was given his room key and upon arriving in the room, he noticed that the room was already occupied by a woman. Luckily, she wasn't present (as that would have made this situation a lot worse) but to make such a huge mistake when giving someone their room access is very disappointing from a reputable hotel. When notifying the man at the front desk they he provided a room key to a woman's room, he was incredibly rude and hostile toward my colleague. He didn't take responsibility or apologize for such a huge error. Had the woman been present, that could have resulted in a lawsuit. The next day my colleague told another receptionist (a female this time) what happened she was, rightfully, shocked and apologetic and said she was handle the situation on the backend. Again the actual stay was fine but to have something like this happen is completely unacceptable.
