Since I have a handicap (I use a mobility walker), a room's accessibility is very important to me. Of course, I reserved a room that said it was "handicap-accessible". In advance of staying at this property, I asked if the room had a grab-bar next to the toilet, and they assured me that it did.
But when I arrived at the room, it had NO grab-bar next to the toilet. Furthermore, the toilet was not handicap-height. It was very low.
The shower was also advertised as being handicap-accessible. Indeed, it did have a bath bench. But there was only one grab-bar in the shower/bath. And the floor of the bathtub was very slippery.
Thus, I had a difficulty time maneuvering in the bathroom which was disappointing because I had made it a point to ask them several times before I stayed at the hotel.
