Absolutely horrible!
The check in was slow and the lady checking us in was very troubled with questions of extra towels that we finally got after a lot of sighing. The room was filthy with soda bottles and other trash on the floor and food remains from previous guests in the window. The beds were covered with some plastic wrap under the linen which made it difficult to sleep (noisy and sweaty). Had to sweep some bugs away from the sheets before trying to sleep.The water was brownish and had a unpleasant taste and odor. The room had an unpleasant odor as well. And to top it off the check in lady demanded an extra 20 dollars since what I paid through hotels.com didn’t cover the “resort fee” (this was not a resort). So whatever you do, do NOT stay at this horrible place.
