I stayed at the Harbour Ville Hotel for a one-week business trip to Sentosa island (where hotels are over priced). The hotel is in my view an OK 2-3 star hotel. Rooms are small but clean, and facilities, bathroom, Internet work well. The bed is OK but not great. Note that the pictures at hotel.com show rooms with large windows. My room only had a small window up high on the wall (and this was an "upgraded" room). There is no breakfast at the hotel and there is no breakfast to be had close to the hotel, but you need to take a bus three to five minutes in either direction (to Vivo City shopping center at the Harbour Front, or to China town in the other direction) to find a place to eat. The hotel area is residential with a large customs clearance warehouse across the street. Buses are however very frequent and cheap (buy the EZ travel card for bus and Metro if you stay a few days) so in spite of being away from the bustle of Singapore it is well connected. For travelers wanting to save hotel costs in Singapore but still have an OK hotel, this is a good choice. Service was good and front desk staff very helpful. An extra plus for the hotel's effort to reduce plastic waste!
