Not the value for money you should expect
The hotel has a great location. The service does not live up to the price-level. The lobby lounge was typically full of guests and walk-ins but had rarely more than one or max two people working. Unattentive to orders and other requests. The actual reception is a tiny room at the far end of the lounge. Only place for two receptionists can assists guests at any time resulting in crowded sea with quest queuing in the lounge.
The architect who designed this has not a clue on logistics. Terrible! The actual entrance on street levels is huge and totally empty except for a concierges desk hidden behind the staircase.
No place to work in the rooms and no place (proper) to sit down in common areas to do work.
We booked a room with a private terrace - don't take the extra cost as the these rooms are on the first floor facing buildings on the other side of the hotel. The rooms do not get any daylight (more or less) and there is absolutely no privacy. This fact is not advertised by the hotel.
