The room was spacious and clean. The t.v., when initially turned on and trying to scan channels, came up with several channels that were frozen (picture visible but no sound or movement) and no instructions or channel guide in the room. After scanning for quite some time channels were found that worked correctly. There were five pillows on the bed, all overstuffed and uncomfortable to sleep on. The key card function in the elevators to access hotel rooms was not working - great security - NOT. The ice machine on our floor was not working and no mention of how or where to obtain ice. There were only two servings of coffee in the room, one regular and one decaf. We called to obtain more, which were promptly delivered, however they were for a different type of coffee maker. Leaving to go back to the casino well before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, a hotel housekeeper asked if we were out of the room. We said no we'll be right back up. When we came back up about 45 minutes later, the room was occupied with housekeepers cleaning it up. Not impressed with that. Overall the stay was okay, just expect a little more for the price.
