We stayed two night in two double queen rooms for a family holiday. Overall, we could not have been more satisfied with our stay. It is a rather small establishment (about 10 rooms) situated in an old charming house at the quiet end of Duval street with easy walking distance to all major attractions in downtown Key West. The rooms were reasonably large with good beds. The breakfast may be a little low on hot options, but was served outside under the roof and was overall very good. During the day, free coffee and tea was available in the lobby, with nice cookies after lunch. Parking was not included, but was easy to organise across the street for $20 per night. If anything should be pointed out as negative it is that the pool is very small, that some of the rooms at the entrance level do not have any views but only have windows that face straight into the side of the neighbouring house, and that the rooms are not very well sound proofed (which I guess is expected in an old house). However, as the major customers do not seem to be the party crowd and it is on the quiet end of the street that did not bother us at all. I have no problems recommending it to anyone, possibly with the exception of youngster looking for a good time in the bars, and would certainly try to stay here again if I visit the Keys.
