This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram.
