Above all what I will remember is the staff: so helpful, forthcoming and genuinely nice.
Central location close to Pigalle or St Georges metro stations. Nice restaurants in close proximity. Area just around the hotel is very quiet, but a few streets up are streets of literally only sex shops, live shows and such. A bit like Amsterdam's red light district. The hotel itself has cool decoration and a nice sitting area where snacks and drinks are served free of charge everyday between 14.00 and 22.00. We were unfortunately put in a ground floor room on our first night, 101, not a hit. It was super hot (there was a window but that opened right out on the street so anyone could have climbed in) and was like a meter away from the lobby bathroom so the door kept slamming until late. Not a good nights rest. The room was huge though. For the second night they moved us to another room. The room was small, but really nice and to me the size of the room is not important so we were happy with that. I can really recommend this hotel, but make sure you do not get a ground floor room!
