This hotel is luxurious and so peaceful. The garden is a destination in and of itself. It has history and spirituality and a great sense of calm. The pagoda is worth a visit and the nightly cloud show is beautiful to watch. Everything is attended to in this hotel and we appreciated the level of service we received. Our only issue was that the spa and the restaurants were booked out - so we advise that guests make reservations in advance. Excellent stay and would highly recommend.

However, depending on what you’re doing, it can be quite “off” for travel and the restaurants at the hotel mostly serve set menus that feel overpriced for what they serve. Also, we had booked a room for three people but breakfast was only included for two adults, forcing us to pay extra for our daughter. Ridiculous, considering the hotel rating and price.
