The hotel was being redecorated, and we got one of the "old" rooms. Quite small for being a double, although a spacious bathroom. Beds are quite hard. Our room was facing a noisy street, so if you want a good night's sleep, bring earplugs:-)
Staff were all very serviceminded and friendly, the hotel in all was clean and welcoming entrance.
Downsides was the noisy room (they stated as a part of current refurbishments, they were also improving the insulation of the windows) and the breakfast area which was located in the large entrance hall on the bottom floor - no windows and separated from people passing only via flip screens. Had wished for a nicer part to enjoy otherwise a decent breakfast (mostly croissants, donuts, coco-pops and fruit, no youghurt or healthier granola etc), this we missed a bit.
Very central area, perfect location if you want to be in the center of attention...!
