Very good value for money, with a clean and tidy room right smack bang in the city centre. The only negative would be how complicated check in was. First we had to wait for quite a while though there was only one couple checking in. And as we were traveling within Spain and therefore only had our driver's licenses/national ID cards with us, and this apparently created a lot of problems and sighs from the girl behind the desk. As well we were given a room that had not been cleaned yet, but when I complained about this we got a new (nicer one) straight away so that was fine. Very clean and bright rooms, if you have issues with climbing stairs you might want to check that you get a room close to the elevator as some rooms are only accessible by stairs! As well it would be good if the hotel let the guests know about the passport requirement in their welcome email. Other than that the staff was nice and friendly and the location of the hotel was great, right next to the shops, cathedral and lots of restaurants. Beds were a bit hard as some guests mentioned, but not an issue for us. We didn't try the breakfast as the reviews for it were not that great, but you can find a lot of good breakfast offers around the corner for a few euros.
