This is more of a hostel than hotel. You have tiny private rooms with shared bathrooms. We booked it by accident and in a hurry thinking we booked rooms with bathrooms, which are also available for a higher cost. We have been to London so many times and always stay in different spots of Zone 1 and I can say it is not worthy to pay for what they ask for this place, with or without bathroom. It is fine for a night but not more. You have to leave the key when you leave which I personally find awkward. The first day, when we came back to the hostel, there was apparently a mistake with our room. One of the staff was very rude to us, questioning us like hell. I booked 2 rooms under my name and he asked the other guy to go in to one of the rooms and check if there is nobody else there (despite my mother in law's stuff being there). Then we had to wait a while for him to confirm why our names were not booked to the room we had, like it was our fault. The girl that checked us in earlier that day was very nice and polite though. The window in the room was broken, rooms are tiny, bathrooms are clean but shower gels ran out and were not replaced, toilet paper ran out in the bathroom on our floor and I needed to go tell the cleaning person to replace it. The walls are thin and you can easily hear people in the corridors and on the stairs. The bed was comfortable. There is a sink in the room which is extremely useful. I would not stay there again but the location is awesome.
