This was an overnite stay. The young woman at the desk did not have any record of our booking through Orbitz and wanted a credit card to pay for thing the stay. I thought I had already paid for the stay through Orbitz (confirmed by looking at my credit card statement online). A man came to the desk and said there was no breakfast (despite pictures of cereal, etc. in the online ad), only coffee from 7-9am. The room was a nice size and it was partially remodeled. There was only 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels, not adequate for 2 guests. There was no bathmat towel--I had to put my bath towel on the floor prior to getting out of the shower so I wouldn't slip on the tile floor.The washcloth and one of the bath towels looked as though someone had used them to clean their tire rims with the black stains on them. The sheets were clean, but stained. There were no disposable plastic cups in the room to drink water.There was no coffee pot in the room. The next morning I went into the lobby for coffee. There was none. The small pot (8-10 cup) hadn't been used at all. I told the worker we were promised there would be coffee from 7-9. He stated that the owner said not to make coffee because there weren't enough guests. From the cars in the lot, there were enough guests for several pots of coffee. Worker also related that owner said people don't drink coffee in hot weather. Ricky Patel was listed as the owner. Mr. Patel should not be in the hospitality industry.
