I have never stayed in a hostel before, so I did not know what to expect. The first thing that met me was the smell of mould in the corridors, as well as in the rooms. It was garbage everywhere, beneath the beds and on top of the lockers. HOWEVER, the bed was nice and tidy. I never saw any insects of any kind. I stayed in a 8-bedroom which included a towel and a locker, as well as having sockets by every bed.
I was also happy to find that the showers were private and lockable, and they were clean! Often the toilet paper and hand soap were out, but since there was plenty of showers/wc one could just go to another one.
The rooftop was really nice, with free breakfast and wifi. The wifi was very slow though, and sometimes stopped working. However, there’s a free city wifi if you go outside just a couple of meters that is super good (limited to 250mb though). The kitchen was nice (not gas, to my relief!) and the staff is really friendly (with one exception...).
Not really the hostel if you want to party, but you could do that anyway, the location is as central as it could get! I really recommend it:))
