We stayed in A3 (3rd floor corner) condo. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 11 and under kids) and it was more than enough room for us. Clean & spacious. 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer were AWESOME.
The condo provided plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. I would recommend bringing an extra or 2 of blankets and pillows. All of the condos have closets on the ground floor to store beach chairs and other things in and A3 had a closet full of beach chairs, toys etc.
Now for negatives.
No elevator. If you have any kind of injury/mobility issue, this place is NOT for you. Lugging up luggage and groceries to our 3rd story condo was grueling.
There are some cosmetic upgrades that this condo could use, but a couple of major fixes are needed such as the balcony sliding doors. The living room one was broken and a stick was provided to wedge it shut. It didn't slide open easily either. There is also a sliding door from the main bedroom, but that one was even more difficult to slide open.
Also, the AC window unit in the living room is EXTREMELY loud. Works fantastic at cooling the area, but it's SO loud and rattly. Could be a big problem for anyone sleeping in the living room or just wanting a quiet moment in the living room.
Even with the few problems that IMO need to be addressed, I would still recommend this place for anyone willing to climb and descended flights of stairs. Could not beat the view of the beach from the balcony and the short walk to the beach.
