I booked this hotel, then got a call saying they didn’t have the availability. They moved me to a different location which was not the right location but I accepted.
3 dats before check in they rang and said a room had come available but it did not have a window. I said that’s fine as long as it had en suite which it did so I accepted.
Despite the hotel being decorated nicely, we had a basement room which smelt very strongly of damp upon entering the room.
As you can see from the photos the bathroom had black mould and in the corridor outside the room there was a puddle.
