Not at all what was promised
We booked what was supposed to be a romantic suite hoping that it would be a nice place to stay for my birthday as a couple. In the description we were promised robes, wifi, safety box and garden view. We didn't get any of that. We couldn't see out the windows. The wifi wasn't working in our room. The bed was uncomfortable and small. There were no robes or safety box. It was not at all romantic and absolutely no suite and we paid 173 dollars per night! We asked in the reception if we could cancel our second night. We got the reply that we should contact the owners of the place through Hotels.com but we didn't get any help or answers. It's a good place to stay if you're a backpacker but if you're looking for a romantic suite this is not the place. And don't expect to get all those things promised in the description.
