I had some problem with problem with bad smell from the bathroom, smelled modly or stop in the pipes. I complained to the receptionist, they where very nonchalant. And said they should fix the problem, they did not. On saturday I took a bath and when I should empty the water it flooded out over the hole batchrrom. So I was right it was somewith the pipes in the bwthroom. Probably Stop with old hair and soap.
I then went down again to expain it to the receptionist. And again they where very nonchalant and rude, asked me if I knew the name of the receptionist that I had complaind to. And I said, I dont remember the name of the receptionist, they should deal with my complains not me not remembering a namne of a receptionst. So I asked here, do you know my name? And she let me have a look at the booking. Then I just had enough had checked out a night earlier. They receptionist did not act like they where used to work with custumers, or dealing with people or thimgs happening in a Hotel. Super bad custumer knowledge.
