3 days before arrival, I have booked and paid for staying 5 nights.
When Checking-in, the reception found my reservation but saying the reservation was not paid. So I have to pay for 1 extra day to get some sleep.
The next day they somehow found my payment, but will not return the full price of my extra day for some tax issue. They also insist that we have to change room. Checkin day they couldn't find my booked room and gave me 2 other rooms.
Everything in new room (No. 408) doesn't work. The showeroom leaks water to the living room and toilet, the shower's temperature can go up and down suddenly and extremely.
The receptionist (medium dark skin, curly hair with plastic glasses) at daytime 15th, 16th June 2016 was impressively arrogant and ignorant. He ignored me in my turn of the queue and looked for whatever others right after we said hello. He had a special unminded smile when seeing me complain the disfunction room and remembered the room number. Finally I got changed to a third room. But 2 mornings were wasted by arguing with him for the price and room condition. Some of our stuff were soaked.
We spend 5 days in Paris and visited 3 rooms in this hotel.
Wifi speed is painful.
You have to make the upper bed yourself. No quilt cover or quilt there. Only a rough blanket without cover available.
Cleaning was ok but the upper bed was ignored at all.
You have to ask for new towels in 2 of 5 days.
new floor towel in 1 of 5 days.
