Best hotel in Cancun, simply amazing.
Amazing resort. We went for a 3 week travel to Cancun, 2 adults, 2 kids, and stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Super-nice welcome service even on early arrival, got champagne in lobby, early cleaning to get early access to room, your own butler service, a room available for relaxing until you get the actual hotel room.
Since we previously heard it was busy in the gourmet restaurants we prebooked our nights for them, so it was no problem getting spots there.
As soon as you wake up, butler is ready to serve you with whatever needs you have. We had a swim-up suite which was really nice, since it was just a short walk to the bigger pools and bars of the resort. And the pools of the resorts are really nice, never feel crowded even though hotel is fully booked.
A bit of construction still going on but nothing that disturbs.
Note you will, even if your'e on all-inclusive, need to sign bills at every restaurant etc, but in the end it's all-inclusive, including roomservice fees for dining in-room (or breakfasting).
About a 100m from hotel there is a ferry to Isla Mujeres. Runs like 1/h.
Kids allowed in all pools except the one on the 8th floor.
If you go to Cancun and have more than 5 days, go here aswell. Will not disappoint, and is about a 25-30 minute drive from hotel zone.
