The service in the reception was very slow with long line through the day. Our TV didn't work for 3 days (it was important for the kids) and after many reminders and no-show ups from the repairmen they managed to repair it. I didn't get any compensation from the hotel, not even "i'm sorry" card. The food is very mediocre, made for the mass tourist. The breakfast was always full and very chaotic, food was not warm.
In general the rooms were very fresh, spacipus and newly renovated and the cleaning was very good. The waterpark was also very good and appreciated by the kids. Unfortunately, the outdoor showers didn't work during our visit and there were very limited amount of parasols.
