DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give this hotel 0/10 or 0/5 stars. I’ve stayed at motels better than this.
The lobby is deceivingly nice with its modern design, giving the impression that the rooms and overall experience will be pleasant. However, as soon as you leave the lobby and head to your room, it becomes clear that the entire place is a dump. The contrast between the lobby and the guest rooms is a slick trick by the hotel owners.
The elevators are filthy, the rooms are dirty and extremely outdated—like they haven’t been renovated since the Carter administration. The carpets are stained and dirty, both in the rooms and the hallways. The towels smell unwashed, with a moldy odor.
I had to switch rooms because my first one had exposed live wires near the air conditioner, along with the same issues of dirty carpets and towels.
Unfortunately, the second room was no better, although it didn’t have the exposed wires. This room featured an air conditioner that was as loud as a jet engine and couldn’t be turned off because none of the buttons worked. The only solution was to unplug it. Since I checked in very late, I spent the night in a room with no A/C—in the middle of summer. Great.
I was booked for 3 nights.. I left after the first night and went to a Marriott hotel and had a good experience.
This hotel has been getting terrible reviews for years, and the owners just reply to these reviews with: “sorry! We’ll do better next time”. It’s all b.s. ..stay away.
