We booked this property so we could have a Kitchenette while traveling. We booked a Classic Room and I was impressed with the room size, considering I heard that hotel rooms in Paris were small. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that we had blackout curtains, and it was really quiet & peaceful. We slept very well! Because we arrived late at night, we asked the night staff for pots/pans/plates/cutlery etc. They didn't even know that our room had a kitchen. We went out to grab some groceries and when we came back, they figured it out and were able to provide us with cookware and plates. The night-time staff didn't seem to have as much knowledge of the rooms and other requests like Conditioner (après-shampooing), but they tried their best to help us. The daytime staff were super knowledgeable and able to assist us with ease. We had to plug the fridge in ourselves, and it seemed to be more of a freezer than a fridge, couldn't find how to adjust the fridge thermostat. The hotel is very close to a metro station, it was super easy for us to go anywhere, and we felt really safe in the area (along with all of Paris really). I highly recommend this property, and would easily stay here again next time we visit Paris. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
