We did not get the impression that Kyriad is a 4-star hotel but rather a 3-star. The public facilities (reception, bar, restaurant, ect.) are modernized in a contemporary seventies style with brown-orange and nicely designed furniture. The room had a fairly fine bathroom, probably renovated in the late nineties or early 2000s. However, the rest of the room and furniture was old and a bit worn down though the bed was comfortable. The street is fairly quite and there is a short distance to the Metro, restaurants, bakery, cafes and shops. The area is a mix of worn down sixties and seventies buildings mixed with modernized and modern buildings. Some areas are free of traffic so there is some development in that direction.
