Very good and comfortable hotel, and we thought very good cost/benefit as well (although I suspect we got some sort of deal as I realizes we paid €65 in a room that can go up to €200).
Very well located, metro station close by, tram as well, but easy walk from Brussels Central Station if you don't have too much luggage. Calm and nice region, easy to access the center walking and other parts of the city with public transport. Room very comfortable, bathroom a little less so but still good.
I would not recommend having breakfast at the hotel, unless you have a deal to have it included in the fare. The €7.50 aren't worth it and you can go to a Paul 5 min from the hotel and get much better breakfast for that money.
Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend the hotel.
