As a whole, the place was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there especially the room, we had a deluxe room with a little patio, really really lovely. The sunset was beautiful and really cozy to sit on the roof top listening to nice music, smoking shisha and dirnking cocktails, very relaxing. However, we were very dissapointed to find out that the main pool was closed for construction, we hadn't recieved any information about this when we booked... In my opinion hotels.com should relay this kind of information to guests so that we know what we are "buying". Everyone we spoke to who recommended the place said that it was a wonderful place to recouperate as it is so silent and tranquil. We did not have the pleasure of enjoying the quietness as we heard drilling and hammering all day by the pool side. The second drawback was that the poolbar restaurant waiter not only completely mixed up our lunch order so we got the wrong food and drinks but also came with it 5 mins before we had to leave so we hardly had time to eat or finish our drinks before we had to go (despite us telling him very clearly that we had to leave at a specific time and if they could not bring us our order in time then we would skip it, they said 15 mins, it took 30 mins). I don't think this is 5 star behaviour. With that said, we did have a pleasant stay overall and once again the room was the best about the place!
