Just a maximum of ten minutes walk from Piccadilly train station, you can find the hotel.
Easy check-in if you do it online before you arrive, where they moved our friends room to the same floor as the rest of us.
Clean room, comfortable beds, small window view. Maybe a bit of low water pressure in moveable shower nozzle and a bit tight with the door opening in.
Just a reminder, we left the room around 10 am on Saturday and arrived back around 8 pm. The AC-heat had turned to 28 celsius, which was impossible to turn down cause the display was in "locked mode". Had to call the reception and they had to change it from a computer (which took 5 minutes).
No long queues at the elevator, not so much people at the breakfast area before 9 am, so easy to pick your breakfast. Classic English breakfast alternatives, but better than hotels like Ibis, Holiday Inn. Fresh fruites, yoghurt/cereals/müsli. Could have enjoyed other types of bread. Kind staff in the breakfast area as well.
Overall, a good hotel. We're satisfied with the stay!
