The worst service ever!!!
The worst service ever!!!! I have forgotten an important thing to my health in the room. The front desk staffs confirmed the item has been found and kept at the hotel. We could not open an account with Fedex in time due to our soon departure from Mexico. Private customers need to submit application & identification to open an account so it can take days. We asked the front desk staffs for help with delivery. BUT they said "NO!!!" despite my willingness and acceptance to pay for their service and also for a shipment expense with Fedex. They cannot take a payment for such service which I could understand that the system may not allow. However when we asked if they could be kind enough to leave it at Fedex office which is just 15 minutes from the hotel so the item can be delivered to us in Cancun & FedEx will take payment directly from us upon delivery, the hotel front staffs said "NO!!" Big hotel but bad service, staffs with no real service mind. I myself work with customer service for an airline so I know for fact that my little extra service can make a big difference to customers. Sad enough these people do not have it in their head. Your guests can forget things that are important to them. This has happened before & will repeat. How come big hotel like you do not care enough to come up with a solution to help your own guests??? WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS OF THIS HOTEL..do not forget things! because they will totally turn their back on you after you check out!!! BE AWARE!!!
