My girlfriend and I spent one night at this centrally located hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is newly opened and feels very fresh and modern. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can access all areas—like the room, entrance, and terrace—digitally through your phone. We were lucky to be there during the opening party and were treated to food by the friendly and welcoming Stay KooooK staff.

Overall, we liked our stay at Stay Kooook Munich. It was very convenient to the train station and to Müller department store and Lidl grocery store. The kitchen in our room was appreciated and had 4 sets of everything which was great since there were four of us. We had a dining table for 4 which we really liked. The room was clean, tv worked easily, and the housekeepers were friendly. There's no reception and key access is through your smart phone which is the model of the hotel. Be sure to check out the lounge room with kitchen, full-sized refrigerator with free soft drinks, and a washer and dryer for laundry. Our room included a laundry basket. Detergent is included in the washer. There's a lot that guests interested in staying here should also be aware of. The bathroom bright and clean, but toilet door and wall in our 4-person room were clear glass with no ability to create privacy. No biggie if you're just a couple, but something to consider for families or two couples traveling together who would rather not see each other on the toilet or showering. The bathroom separated the two bedrooms, and the bedroom doors are curtains. We usually turned up the TV or turned on music when using the bathroom. The only way to create privacy for the person in the bathroom is to draw the bedroom curtains and not go between the rooms. Altogether, we were happy with our stay and loved the location.

Great location, new and spacious rooms with fantastic attention to detail. Lots of amenities available in the common area, including a washer/dryer. The room had a smart design with a sliding compartment to create space between the kitchen and the bedroom as needed. Good privacy due to the curtains between the two open bedroom areas. Ample storage throughout the room as well. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The rooms were some of the best (definitely best value for money) we’ve ever stayed in. They were clean, sizeable, had a small kitchen and table and chairs, accessible and again sizeable shower room and had lots of storage space. I wasn’t sure about the digital keys but they worked well and there is also an option to get a key card if you’re worried about that. It’s a 10 minute walk straight into the centre or it’s very close to several tram/metro stops. There was a well-equipped kitchen in our studio room as well as a shared kitchen in the shared area. The shared area was also very comfortable and the staff were always very helpful and attentive. So nice to have an accessible kitchen in what is essentially a hotel lobby! Only two things I wasn’t keen on - the beds were a bit hard and the bathroom doors (in the studio rooms) are glass and didn’t leave a lot of space for privacy. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It was a very pleasant experience indeed staying in Kooook , there location is very convenient in the city center downtown Munchen, accessible to all kind of mode of transportation and the main central station, we booked there family room nice neat and clean , with comfortable beds and full amenities that you will love for there quite public common area with akk that you need is being offered by, in short for your ootd of the day you can use there laundry services as well, no more further other words i can personally say is that this place is highly recommended in a very reasonable price of four people, thank you for letting us experience koook hospitality!!!❤️

Ótima acomodação, silêncio, tranquilidade, instalação moderna e muito boa. As automações funcionam muito bem. A área comum é preciosa, com café sempre disponível e muito conforto. O fato de ter uma lavanderia de auto serviço ajuda muito. E a localização é a melhor possível , transporte, shopping subterrâneo e toda a região do centro de Munich a uma pequena caminhada

Very convenient location, cleanliness was fine though could have been a bit better in our unit. But for the price we paid, this is a good value. Please note this place is best for solo travelers. There is no privacy in the bathroom as there is no door and both the shower and the toilette give no privacy. You can see and hear everything your travel companion is doing in there through the glass walls. They have installed an attempted solution - it’s a curtain that covers not the actual shower or bathroom but covers both bedroom sides, so still doesn’t allow freedom of movement in the unit while bathroom is in use. It’s just not practical and actually pretty inconvenient- ruined our overall experience!

Excellent location and close to public transportation. Had problems with check-in because we did not register before arrival. Must register to get virtual keys on koook’s app. We missed the hotel’s communication for pre- registration. Registering on the street outside hotel door with poor data is impossible. After checkin, enjoyed stay. Clean, updated and beautiful public lounge space. Only negative about room was the bathrooms clear glass walls. Not ideal for multiple people in room.
