This property is well maintained and clean. We stayed only for one night. Enjoyed our stay here. The property is located in an old building that’s charming and inside it’s all renovated and looks brand new! Had a great stay here!

Very nice hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot August weather. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Metro, making it very convenient to get around Rome.

Staff was very accommodating with airport transportation. Very punctual. Elevator available to take suitcases up and down. Complementary soap, shampoo, coffee and teas.

As of August 2025, this is still a new property. When we visited, it only had one review and the images showed it as a newly renovated place. It was as expected, brand new, perfectly white walls, well lit and comfortable beds. The room is simple with basic furniture but sufficient for our needs. Bathroom was well lit and spacious. It even had a safe in the room.
Location is convenient with a bus station about 5 mins away with bus lines that take you right to the colosseum and other sights.
The only drawback is the noise, but this comes from staying in a downtown urban area where it is expected. However, it didn’t bother us as we were there to visit Rome and not sleep in and stay in the room.
Service and communication was very good through WhatsApp. We were able to leave our luggage safely there on the last day.
Overall, a very good stay, good value for money and recommended as a place to stay when visiting Rome.

Hotel be localizado, reformado, limpo, quarto e banheiro ótimos. Só senti falta da recepção funcionar por mais tempo e de disponibilizar café da manhã. São facilidades que fazem a diferenca numa viagem. Mas o preço é bom e as comodidades são ótimas.
