3 nights in room 1104, superior executive room. Corner room with nice views on the top floor. No help to check-in or check-out, which you do yourself at the computer. One of the windows in my room was not properly sealed which meant you could hear the freeway next to the hotel and there was a draft of cold air coming in from it. I was told by the maintenance man that 10% of the rooms in the hotel have this problem with the sealing of the windows so there might not be another room available. Which indeed there wasn't, only a much smaller room on a lower floor, which I declined. So, poor sleep because of the constant sound from the freeway. Also, the mini-bar in the room didn't work. When I told them they confirmed they had problems with those as well but I could call reception and they would bring the item up to my room. When I asked how much this would cost they couldn't say, they would just charge the item as usual,and had no idea how much the items of the mini-bar cost. So no minibar for me either. One of the four elevators had a problem in that it went all the way up to my floor (11) but showed it as the sixth (6) floor. The maintenance man confirmed this as well, and said that yes, there were some more problems with the building.
Despite all these problems, all they did was say sorry, not a single time they offered to give me something like free breakfast or dinner or some small discount on the room price. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return.
