Amazing hotel and location
Pros:The hotel, our room (Master Suite) and the surroundings were amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The straff is very nice and helpful whatever you ask/ need.
Cons: bad/ no wi-fi. Wi-fi practically didnt work for our whole stay more than a few minutes. For us, thats important.
We also booked a "private luxury transportation" to and from the Island/ hotel. Not much luxury about it. It was conveniant and nice to travel alone, but was supposed to include refreshments for the long ride. The driver ate peanuts for the whole ride though. And, at the ferry, the driver seemed to just want to leave us and it was not until I promptly asked him "what now?", that he walked us to the Ferry and payed for the tickets, which was included in the price for this "luxury" transport.
I informed the hotel about this and they were very responsive helpful, and we booked the same kind of transport back from the Island. However, no snacks/ drinks/ no nothing this time either! I was sort of expecting it this time, but it seems hard to screw up the exakt same thing, TWICE. This is an external company the hotel uses so its not really their fault. However, it you pay extra for a service, you expect to get it.
Summary: all in all a fantastic hotel, beautiful area, and easy to find your own private space of beach.
I highly recomend the hotel (just dont expect wi-fi).
