I had booked and prepaid this hotel via www.ratestogo.com, was informed upon arrival that the hotel was full. (Did I mentioned that it was prepaid?..) The receptionist did not (want to ?)understand english but anyway showed me a map where I should go and get a room instead. It was far away to walk with the luggage, no taxi was ordered for me. The hotel that I got was cheaper then Hotel Le Faubourg, but I did not get any compensation. I'm aware that part of the fault could be ratestogo, but the hotel was not helpful.
